• High volume hot water extraction rinse leaves your carpet residue-free, fresh, and fluffy. Ultra-hot 210° clear water rinse removes stubborn embedded soil and stains as 2 spray jets under 400 psi of pressure gives your carpet deep cleaning per fiber!
• ULTIMATE PROTECTOR application (.20 per sq. ft. value) dramatically enhances your carpets ability to resist staining, soiling and abrasions. Your carpets vacuum and spot clean easier.

WARNING: Carpets that have NOT been treated with our Ultimate Protector are likely to absorb permanent stains and soil. Treated carpets have proven resistance to soils, stains, and maintain their fresh appearance longer, making vacuuming easier.

The Restorative Package ($.60/square foot)

For moderate to heavily soiled carpets - an excellent cleaning at a budget price.

The same cleaning process as the WORKS but without the following:

• No ultimate protector.
• No 1/2 price 6-month cleaning.
• No special pet-stain spotting.

The Budget Package ($.45/square foot)

For lightly soiled carpets - regular maintenance cleaning.

Basic cleaning includes only:

• Pre-vacuum carpet.
• No furniture moving (you take care of this before we arrive.)
• Pre-spotting of difficult spots and spills.
• Single-pass wand extraction with disinfectant rinse.
• Grooming to set pile.

SPECIAL SERVICE: SUB-SURFACE SPOTTING / SPECIALTY EXTRACTION

Pet urine extraction or special spotting (stain correction.)

• $45/area (up to 3 sq ft) - saturation of spot with cleaning solution that is designed to dissolve staining material.
• Strong vacuum system recovers liquid through the carpet.

Commercial Package ($.30/square foot)

• We vacuum your carpet.
• We move chairs, wastebaskets, and mats.
• Pre-spotting for all difficult stains.
• Heavy-duty pre-spray on all areas to remove oily dirt and pollutants.
• Truck-mounted steam extraction.
• Edge detailing with wand.
• Residue free rinse to retard re-soiling.

Upholstery and Furniture Cleaning (Professional Cleaning of Upholstery)

What we do:

• Pre-vacuum
• Apply fine-fabric pre-spray to loosen body oils
• Hand shampoo with natural sponge to loosen dirt
• Hot water extraction to rinse and sanitize fabric
• Apply fabric protector (similar to Scotch Guarding), $9/linear foot extra charge
